Policies
Architexture Salon strives to create a relaxing, yet fun environment for all patrons. We respectfully request children not accompany parents to their appointment and ask that you please schedule a separate appointment for children in need of hair services.
We understand a random brain lapse, sudden illness and family emergency are inevitable, and we are forgiving of the occasional missed appointment. However, habitually missed appointments will be assessed a fee at the next scheduled appointment ($30 for hair cuts $50 for colour).
Assessing a fee is not something we enjoy doing, so we kindly ask for a 24-hour notification when rescheduling appointments. Architexture Salon reserves the right to reschedule client appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late.
